I am an In...First of all , it is very well written. I am an Indian by birth and have never visted Madurai before. You move from state to state in India , its like you are moving from a country to another in Europe. The breakfast was a very typical Tamil ( SOuth Indian) breakfast . Its true that you have to have the pellet to taste it and appreciate it. It is savory , sour and tangy..Hot but less spicy .. See, in india , they use buckets , and thats because the policy is to save water. :) So people use buckets, for a person two buckets are more than enough and you end up wasting less water than 5 minutes of continuous shower. If you will go to rural area , you will find metal buckets which are amazing and a wooden stool to sit while you shower (I mean bath) ...India is a developing country, but sometimes there are problems with electricity as they have to shut down for couple of hours, so that they can render an equal distribution to other areas..its common ..and remember its seldom you will find centrally conditioned rooms..We believe more in natural air circulation and a fan on the roof.. :)Rohithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15524033003397057376noreply@blogger.com
